Striped sportive elegance (with Irene Colzi).

Due giorni fa si è tenuto un evento a Torino, presso lo store di Guess in via Garibaldi intitolato "The Celebration of Denim" a cui avrebbe preso parte la famosa fashion blogger Irene Colzi di Irene's Closet. Allora ho preso al volo l'occasione per conoscere di persona Irene, che seguo da tempo e di cui mi piace molto lo stile!

Arrivato nel negozio chiedo immediatamente alla prima commessa di indicarmi dove fosse Irene Colzi; su stava cambiando. Attendo poi circa 10 minuti e decido di salire al piano superiore per vedere se magari fosse stata lì e mentre salgo le scale lei scende e ci incontriamo! Gentilissima mi saluta e facciamo conoscenza! Dopo una breve chiacchierata sul suo lavoro e sui miei studi e passioni facciamo una foto insieme (anche il fotografo di Guess vi ha fatto qualche foto, vedrò se riuscirò a reperirle...) e ci siamo salutati!

È stato molto emozionante poter conoscere dal vivo una persona che hai visto per più di un anno solo sul web tramite foto, una persona che prende parte ad eventi così importanti e si relaziona con persone di altrettanto calibro!

Per l'occasione indossavo un look elegante, ma allo stesso tempo sportivo, poiché l'evento era nel pomeriggio.

L'outfit è composto da camicia con microquadri, blue jeans e blazer grigio a righe verticali con particolare stampa sulla spalla e sul retro. Scarpe in pelle e borsa.

Spero vi piaccia e spero di avervi trasmesso la mia felicità di quel momento cosí raro!

Two days ago there was an event named "The Celebration of Denim" at Guess store in Turin. The fashion blogger Irene Colzi was the special guest! So I took advantage of this occasion to meet her, since I've been following her blog for more than a year.

Arrived at the store I ask for her, but she was dressing herself but after 10 minutes when I had decided to go upstairs to verify if she had been there I bumped into her going downstairs!

She has been very polite with me! We spoke for about 5 mins and then I proposed to take a photo and Guess photographer too shot us! Then we greeted.

It has been very emotional to meet such a famous person that I saw every day on the Net and that frequents high places and important people.

For that occasion I was wearing an elegant but at the same time sportive outfit because it was afternoon.

My outfit was composed of a light blue checked shirt, blue jeans, grey striped blazer with a particular print on the shoulder and on the back, leather shoes and a black bag.

I hope you like it and I hope to have been able to transmit you my happiness!

Sfogliando le mie foto, mi sono accorto di avere questi due scatti che mi ero dimenticato di pubblicare sul mio blog. Eccoli a voi, dopo un mese di ritardo! Outfit molto semplice, composto da polo, jeans, sneakers e tracolla. Il tempo sicuramente non ha aiutato la qualità delle foto!


Browsing my photos, I noticed that I forgot to publish some shots I had taken a moths ago during a rainy day. Here they are!! The outfit was very simple: a polo, a pair of jeans, sneakers and a small bag. The weather didn't improve photos' quality at all!!
